Adolescence
Adolescence is a complicated time, both for children who are facing this change into adulthood and the resulting problems, and for parents who often do not know how to act, and who feel disorientated and unsupported. The most common problems being:
- Conflictive family relations.
- Academic Problems.
- Anxiety and phobias: social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, agoraphobia, panic attacks…
- Body image disorders and eating disorders, such us: anorexia, bulimia, obesity, compulsive eating.
- Depression (irritability, low mood and self-esteem).
- Behavior problems.
