Description
The IFS model has proven to be very valuable in psychotherapy. As we delve into people’s internal systems we begin to find things that are not parts or Self, such as legacy burdens and cultural burdens.
As we go deeper, we encounter what I call the others within us, unattached burdens, burdens that come from past lives and guides. This will be the focus of this course, and it will lead us to replace the old myth that our minds are private citadels, with the realization that the mind is porous. Realization is key to healing our underlying alienation and isolation.
In this workshop you will learn:
• How to work with negative energies that Richard Schwartz calls UB’s (unattached burdens)
• How to work with people who connect with past lives
• How to connect with your Guides, drawing on their wisdom and guidance.
